Brite Inc. endeavors to expedite all orders to customers as quickly as possible. Many of our products are made to order; therefore orders can only be cancelled with 24 hours from receipt of the order. After 24 hours, orders can only be cancelled with written consent from Brite Inc. If a request for cancellation is made after the 24-hour time period, a return freight charge, and a restocking fee may apply, as well as a standard $12.50 cancellation fee.
