Product Color

Brite Inc. makes every effort to show the actual color of the item you are purchasing. Every computer monitor shows color slightly different. If at any time you are in question as to the actual color of a product or parts of a product, you may request a color chart be sent to you. We suggest that you do this prior to the ordering process, especially if you are trying to match a specific color. Brite Inc. cannot guarantee color matches. Dye lots in manufacturing do vary ever so slightly.

Product Availability

Most all of our products are available for shipment by the time quoted to you in the ordering process. In the unlikely event that a product you are looking for is backordered we will offer you alternatives of available product. You may choose to stay with your original choice or choose the alternative. We will not substitute without written authorization from you.
