Made of 7/8" diameter, 18-gauge steel tubing in 3 fixed sizes. 14" diameter seat with an 11-1/2" diameter, 1/2" thick vinyl pad riveted thru the steel seat pan. Features a 5/8" diameter foot ring welded to each leg at 4 contact points for added rigidity.
